ABPillinois Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 I was just wondering if these would fit 18X9 40+ offset. Most likely do a 235-245 tire because I don't want to get into fender rolling. BTW only weight around 15 pounds. let me know what u guyz think. http://www.tires-n-parts.com/wheels/roja/formula5.html "All right, brain, I don't like you and you don't like me - so let's just do this and I'll get back to killing you with beer."
Scooter Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Check out Xenonk's 'Sticky' - he recommends an offset of 43-45 for a 9"rim. That's a pretty tight range, though, and I'd guess you'd be looking at fender rolling for a +40 offset..? http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4426 Seek first to understand, then to be understood. ABPillinois Posted February 25, 2007 Author Posted February 25, 2007 has anybody ever fitted these. There are some really cheap ones on e-bay."All right, brain, I don't like you and you don't like me - so let's just do this and I'll get back to killing you with beer."
Scooter Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Sounds way too good to be true: Forged 18x9's that weigh 15lbs and are cheap on eBay?? PM Xenonk about this size; I'm sure he's fitted them at one time or another. I think he's racing in Virginia this weekend, but has been posting. He's The Oracle when it comes to these things.
