Iron Hill, Timothy's, Joe's Crap Shack, they're all still there. I'd vote for the riverfront as traffic and parking in Newark can be a real PITA. I would say it is about an hour or so from Dover to the Outback. It depends on traffic. I would give yourslef an hour and a half to be sure. So the total would be 4 hours one way... Ahh...
