warrior325 Posted December 7, 2006 Share Posted December 7, 2006 I was quoted online at $750 below invoice, before incentives, for a 07 LGT LTD at one dealer and I found the deal pretty darn good and i'd like to see what I can negotiate with them. Unfortunately I can't get a buyer for my car so I might end up doing a trade-in. My question is, can I just go to a dealer and ask them how much they'd give for my car? Is there some timely process? Or do they simply look at it and give me their best offer? I'd really like to know how bad of an offer they'd give me before I make any decisions, maybe i'll lower my asking price privately and see if it sells before I finally decide on the trade-in offer.
