Andyjo
I don't let her drive the XT anymore... something about my clutch never feeling the same way again but yeah, the silver one is hers, 2.5i AT, the black one is mine, 2.5XT 5MT, Cobb Stage 1, megan racing coilovers and a bunch of other goodies. If i had brought my camera yesterday i would have had some awesome OBXT playing in the snow pics (~8" powder!!!) !
OB6000R
245/45ZR18 100W. I think that's right. Hi there, will this tire size cause any rubbing of fenders? It definitely look great for the width...

climbingj
Hi there, will this tire size cause any rubbing of fenders? It definitely look great for the width... I have 235-50 -18s on my OB with no rub...245s might be too much.

OB6000R
oh ok...thanks for the replies mate.....so i am safe to go ahead with 245/45R18 tires when my 18inch rims arrive. Would love to have 235/45R18 but its not a common size here...
climbingj
How much work is it to switch the ride height on the Megan coilovers or other brands for that matter? If I was going offroad for the day could I change the ride height quickly?

Andyjo
Jack up the car, pull the wheels off, loosen the lock ring and turn to set height. Only trouble is that you will throw off your alignment. And it's sort of a pain unless you clean off the threads of the coilover... and it's not really a 'quick' process, i'd say 5-15min/corner, from min to max height. climbingj
Thanks for the info. Just wondering if it would be worth it. I'm in the snow quite a bit and clearance could be an issue. Sorry bout the treadjack. Back to some winter pictures!!!

boxxerace
Nah, I leave it in all winter so at the moments notice I can help pull trucks and cars out of the snow. I forgot to attach my front shackle on for the photo I do have a mini D shackle attached to the recovery point in the rear.
