Negative. It will not cover the existing holes drilled in your trunk lid. They would need to be filled and painted. ignore him, he'll go away. Actually my wife got it for me as a Xmas gift ;-). Once I get it and have it painted I will post pics. I am going to have my windows tinted too. I think maybe a "smoke" color would be good?
