Nonvteclegacy
Last week somebody at my college side swiped my cars rear bumper. About two weeks before that I was on the freeway and a rock flew and cracked my windshield. Can I claim all this on my insurance and pay one deductable? Or do I even have to pay a deductable because it wasn't my fault?

Legacy05
If you have a deductible, you always have to meet that .... regardless if it was your fault or not. Normally, if you can find the person that hit you, their insurance would pay your ded. etc .. (at least that's my understanding).

MiniStiGuy
that sucks.... When I had to get my bumper repainted because of some lady bumping my car and leaving screw marks from her front plate it cost me just about $500...
