I happened to notice the only newish Subaru Legacy in Northern Italy at a ferry dock for Veranna, Italy at Lake Como (across lake from Bellagio). I saw many Foresters around in Italy(esp north) but very few Legacy's (mainly older 96-99 outback). We just got back on a 12 day family trip from Italy with 10 month old infant. Subarus are pretty popular up North, the police uses Impreza wagons, but we don't get the turbocharged models there so choice is restriced to the 2L 4 and 3L 6.
