Hmm weird, link works fine for me (firefox).

Anyway, this should work: http://www.philips.co.uk/c-m-li/car-lights/halogen-racingvision.html

Might not be available in US officially, but powerbulbs should be able to send it out.

Powerbulbs do "free shipping", I've used them a few times (they send stuff very quickly as well). They're based in UK though, probably why changing currency is a bit extra (to cover shipping, international transactions, etc.). E.g. 28.99 GBP = 47.8779 AUD but switching on their website takes me to $62 AUD. Still cheaper than sourcing locally.

Don't think RacingVision bulbs are available in the US. I wouldn't buy them, lifespan is only rated at 200 hours vs 450 hours for the Xtreme Vision.

Candlepower also offers free shipping on orders $35+, use coupon code USA.

FYI - The new Osram Laser +130% are very close to the older Osram 64217 Offroads in light output.....

I just swapped the Lasers in for the older Offroads and not really much difference....;)

I also have the Philips XV 130% in my S4 - they are nice and bright too - but hard to directly compare as the S4 is HID..... But I assume they would be another good option as mentioned:)

I've had the Vosla H7 +100 bulbs in for around a month. While they are brighter than an OEM equivalent bulb, IMO they aren't as good as Osram Rallye bulbs were. Even polished my headlights to make sure that wasn't the problem.

With Rallye bulbs, I rarely needed to use my high beams even on unlit/poorly lit back roads. Can't say the same for Vostro +100 bulbs. They work good enough but I don't think I'll be buying them again. Too early to tell how long they'll last.

You get the colour, but not the light where you need it.

Apparently, Daniel Stern is working on getting some 65W H7 bulbs manufactured:

http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?433667-Osram-Rallye-65W-H7-is-discontinued-Is-there-another-like-it

Last post was in August, no updates since. I'm assuming he hasn't found a manufacturer yet.

Found these on Amazon, only 1 review so far.

I think he has a manufacturer lined up. From the thread I linked:

I've been asking (OK, pestering) Stern about those bulbs every so often since he first mentioned them. Last report I had was that he's waiting for the Germans to go ahead and make them for him. Sounds like they're low priority for the maker because of small volume, so it won't happen until they have downtime.

Emailed Stern a couple days ago, same story. Still waiting for the manufacturer to have time to produce them.

He recommended Philips H7 X-tremeVision.

Was checking out Bulbs Facts

http://bulbfacts.com/halogen-bulbs/chart/projectors.html

The brightest halogen bulbs according to their tests is the Osram Night Breaker Unlimited.

Think I'll try the Night Breaker Unlimited, only $26.

The latest from Stern about 65W 2100 lumen H7 bulbs:

65W Osram Ultra High Output (2100 lumen, H9 burner on H7 base, race and special-purpose use):

Osram discontinued this bulb several years ago , and all stocks have been exhausted—there are some poor-quality counterfeits flushing around, but those don't count. Update, May 13 2019: After a great deal of work, I have secured new availability of first-quality, German-made 65w - 2100 lumen H7 bulbs. They are presently being manufactured and I expect to have them on shelf in June.
