07Waggin
Do any of the new Legacys come with a dead pedal or has anyone added one to theirs? Thanks for the help!
Brady
Do you mean to say that your '07 doesn't have a dead pedal *at all*? None?! They used to all come with a plastic dead pedal held in with two clips and some glue. Please verify.
07Waggin
Do you mean to say that your '07 doesn't have a dead pedal *at all*? Nope, I meant that I just didn't know. I have yet to receive delivery of the new vehicle. I'll be delighted if it has one. Thanks for the reply.
Scooter
The Autospeed Dead Pedal from MastroWRX has been very popular. It's designed to look like the OEM WRX pedals. They used to sell a kit that included the OEM WRX pedals (which fit the LGT) plus the Autospeed Dead Pedal for like $95. Perhaps they still do, but all I can find on their website now is the Dead Pedal by itself: http://mastrowrx.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=66 Seek first to understand, then to be understood. In other words: SEARCH before you post!
Brady
Ah! Then you should be good. Every Subaru I've driven built in the last 5 years (which is many!) has had a dead pedal. I'd be shocked if they did away with it now.
Scotty
The only cars I've ever driven that DIDN'T have a dead pedal were American cars.
MIKEBRAVO
I been thinking about having a wider one made. The thin plastic one allows for the carpet left of the pedal to become soiled. I talked to a medal fab guy he said it would be easy. I have been waiting because my carpet is black. If you can afford College, you probably don't need to go. MIKEBRAVO
MOMO has a couple available but they are not much wider and are a bit thicker. A subdued diamond plate or etched AU would be great. Thin and wide. If you can afford College, you probably don't need to go.
FishingFiend
Just picked up an 07 and I haven't physically looked, but my left leg feels a dead pedal where it's supposed to be. I'll check and post a pic.
SBT
I'd like one to match the STI pedals which I ordered with my car so it would have the STI pink nubbs and sizing. That's what I'm trying to find. SBT - Pro amore Dei et patriam et populum -

MIKEBRAVO
The MOMO sets are a lot more substantial STi set, but I do like the complete set especially the dead pedal If you can afford College, you probably don't need to go.
TPLGT
FYI the STi MT pedal set pictured is for right hand drive Suby. They do not make a matching dead pedal for the left hand drive.... Rehab is for quitters.
