The 40mm offset means that the new wheels will stick out 15mm further outboard than the stock wheels at each corner. Keefe's sticky shows ET37 as the limit for a 7" wide wheel, so you are pretty close to the limit, but doable. Seek first to understand, then to be understood. In other words: SEARCH before you post!
