hal9e3
dont forget to use stands! Thanks, Mom, I will:icon_mrgr Problem with my old jack is that even at full extension I could only get the stands one click or maybe two away from full low. This didn't give me much wiggle room under the car. Actually, I think there's a 'Goldilocks' height which is less than the full extension of the new jack. Too high and the car could rock off the stands easier.
SBT
If that doesn't lift it, nothing will. 20" of honest vertical lift. Nice! SBT - Pro amore Dei et patriam et populum -

SBT
Stands? http://www.humanics-es.com/men-women.jpg ^^^ - Classic example of why women live longer than men. BOT - Yeah those are sweet jacks. Reading through the Ultimate Garage's site, they do seem to need some initial check-out and "fixing" before shipping. These are still the Dutch-made items correct? Wasn't sure after he talked about switching suppliers. Made me think that he was sourcing them from China or Taiwan... dunno. outahere
Nice jack, but $510 seems excessive for what you are getting.
hal9e3
I've looked around some, tho not exhaustively, for a floor jack with a higher lift and longer reach. This one fills the bill and will probably outlast me:)
REM87O
Did you check Ebay? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-2-TON-HYDRAULIC-FLOOR-JACK-WITH-WHEELS-CASE_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43998QQihZ006QQitemZ160021510343QQrdZ1 Sorry Hal...couldn't resist! hal9e3
Read the fine print - 17" lift height and from the picture it looks like the minimum lift height is ~6". That jack wouldn't even FIT under my car in the front, forget about making it to the front jack point. Oh, wait, you were kidding right?
MSI
Guys, Guys, Guys. i believed I offerd a GB of 495$ per jack? Nobody even expressed an intrest. Ulitmate garage is not carrying the product anymore I am told by Koni industries overseas. Anyways, visit my website, i have picutres with a METER stick beside the jack to show you the minimum (3") and maximum heights with the DK13HLQ. -mark www.mooresport.com
