hyrpms
Was thinking about upgrading the RSB to the JDM 20 mm bar. But didn't know if I should upgrade the FSB as well? Any drawbacks of doing rear and not front? What sizes are the front and rear sways on the USDM GT's. Also does anyone know the sizes of the JDM front and rear sways. Thanks. Guest
Search is your friend. Stock is 21mm. There are larger ones. Search for Cobb, Cusco. All depends on the other factors. JDM GT bar is a great match for stock suspension, but not so great for JDM Bilsteins or coilovers.

You should receive in 3-4 days according to UPS. Thanks again.
Guest
Cool, thanks. Stock front is 21mm, rear is 17mm. If you want to stick to stock suspension get JDM GT bar, no brainer. If you plan on upgrading suspension.. tough to tell. I switched to Bilsteins and the understeer returned (and I have JDM GT bar). Once I figure out the springs (Pinks or not), I'll be investigating option of replaceing both bars, front and rear. Either Cobb or Cusco. Right now only Cusco, because Cobb has issues. Thanks for the info. Do you know if the JDM Gt has larger bars than ours and if so what size front & rear. Also, are you running the 21 front and 20 rear? And will those work good on a stock suspension? Thanks, Aaron
Guest
Yes, JDM rsb is 20mm (or 19mm for JDM SpecB but I don't think anyone imports these). Yes, as I said stock fsb and JDM rsb work very well for stock suspension IMHO. I was very pleased with the difference, more than I expected. OTOH, it does work well enough with Bilsteins.
