S4
I believe that Nutter has done it for his crazy 245 tires. Send him a PM.

washburn33
I rolled my fenders to fit my 245's after I lowered it with Tein Flex's. The 5 keys to a quality fender rolling job are: Quality fender roller. Heat Gun. Friend to hold the heat gun. Beer Patience

Xenonk
yea, I had plenty of pics posted in a thread for the exterior section as 'fender rolling'. I used it to fit wide tires with 255s and r-comps at 245 wide with 8" + 40mm rims. Keefe

S0CalGT
Just to let you all know, an alternative to rolling the fenders is to shave part of the inner lip off. I had to do this to prevent the rubbing I had when I lowered my car (a pic is available in the "Legacy Photos: Let's see some hooked up wagons" section). The inner lip of my car is shaved to pretty almost flush to the outside sheet metal. Afterwards, put a coat of some enamel to prevent rusting on the exposed metal. -Fred

One little bump and you have a dent... no support there #2 - open / bare metal. Even when painted... you are asking for a rust spot in 5 years (or even less). Just risks I am not willing to take. Xenonk
I wouldnt shave or grind.. that's just too much work to repaint that new edge and have a possiblity of chipping something else. Why create more work than you really need? If anything, I would love to run 285s or 305s one day and have my fenders flared out a good 1" or 2".. that would be nice to have...
