But yeah, it's usually how big of a schlong the officer wants to be is what determines a ticket or not. Irrational Exuberance Posted August 2, 2006 Share Posted August 2, 2006 In California it's written up as "exhibition of speed", or so they tell me. you can also get reckless endangerment depending on speed, if you have underage passengers, ect ect. excessive speed here is 35mph over the limit or 100+mph can result in a reckless endangerment charge. if you live in Sac avoid natomas this week, they have beenc rakcing down on people with broken lights / no front plate. saw 8 bike cops in the last mile from the freeway to my house.
