gilman12
Here are some pics of the stock rims powder coated. I know the car is dirty, more pics later when it is clean and the caps are painted. http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l61/gilman12/LongviewHils1.jpg http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l61/gilman12/PowdercoatedRim.jpg Reality is nothing but a collective hunch. leftride
awesome! i have been wanting to do something like that for a long time! few questions, price? they seem like they will hold up pretty well? *vb gallery*
gilman12
I found a guy in the area that would do them $50 each including media blast. Powder coat is stronger than paint so it won't chip as bad. Reality is nothing but a collective hunch.

gilman12
They are the McGard lugnuts. They came as a kit with matching locks, but chrome valve stems. Reality is nothing but a collective hunch.

Bonefizz
Those definately look better. I can't, for the life of me, figure out why Subaru would design an aluminum wheel that looks like a hubcap!

gilman12
Rainier Powder Coating in Auburn. The guy does it out of his house. He was able to do them one at a time and blast the wheels for $50 each. Everyone else wanted upwards of $300-350, and they wouldn't do them one at a time. Reality is nothing but a collective hunch.
