ineedboost
After two years of test drives the wife finally picked a car. She found a slightly used (13,000) mile '05 Mazda 6i sport that we purchased back in June. Of all the cars we drove her favorite was the Nissan Altima SE-R while my favorite was the Legacy GT. We butted heads for a long time but in the end we came to the conclusion that with my son starting college in the fall we just could not afford either of those cars at this time. While the Mazda 6 was neither of our first choice it was up there in the overall pics so we compromised. I still hope to someday own a LGT since I am a big fan, but for now this was the best option for us. I hope its still OK to hang out here every now and then to see whats going on. Scooter
I had an '03 Mada 6s before the LGT, and there's a number of reasons why I miss that car. Don't worry about it! That's still a VERY nice car, and will be very economical to run (+ I loved the bigger gas tank) and the bottom line is ifyour wife is happy then you'll be happy, right? Seek first to understand, then to be understood. In other words: SEARCH before you post!
Vimy101
You should have held out. (Oops! Posted before I was ready.) However, the Mazda will confidently get you where you want to go.
