mudcruiserman
Will 15 inch steel wheels clear my Non-Turbo 05 Legacy calipers? I want to run Snows on them. Will the wheels from a earlier model work?
PGT
you should be able to check at tirerack.com - they sell packages like that.

Xenonk
I dont even think 16" will due to the brakes. Keefe
Scooter
^^ He's saying he's got a 'Non-Turbo', so I guess that's either a 2.5i or the 3.0, right? I thought it was only the GT that had the bigger brakes, so 16's will easily work, don't they? The 2.5i used to come with OEM 16's, after all. Not sure about the 15's, though. Mud - any particular reason you want to go with the 15's?? Do you have a line on some wheels already? I'm not running snows, myself, but it seems there are plenty of good tire options in the 16" and even 17" size. Also, where do you live? Seek first to understand, then to be understood. In other words: SEARCH before you post!
mudcruiserman
I have the 2.5i with stock 16 inch wheels. I want cheaper thinner readily availiable rims and tires. It looks like the calipers will clear as they are over 1 inch away with the stock aluminum wheels
