Precise Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 Hey, I'm looking for getting a stock/rim and tire. I bent on of my stockers and got a bubble in the wheel. On a sidenote, would a bubble in my tire and a bent rim fail me during NY inspection? What about cleared headlights and dark tints?
