MDW25gt
I have periodic shudder under braking. I dont think it is warped rotor. I removed both front calipers and freed up the 2 pins that the piston housing floats on. On one side one of the pins was frozen. I tried to "C" clamp it to free it with no luck. Any suggestion how to free it? If not, Suggestion on where to pick up a new caliper? Do you think I should replace both? Thinking I will pop for SS lines at the same time. Thanks, Mike
dplacen
I have ran into the same problem. I usually heat the caliper bracket and by using power lube and a pair of pliyers I get it free. Your front rotors probably have to be resurfaced very commom on subies. I need to resurface the ones on my car too. I have not have the time yet. Good luck!
