Just wait till you see my engine next week!

Recommended Posts

I think I've mentioned this stuff before, but I don't remember for sure. Anyway, it is about the hardest stuff on the planet to find. Word on the street is that CD2 stopped making it. http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b182/OCDetails2/cd2.jpg :D This stuff makes hoses and plastic shine like nothing else. Just wait till you see my engine pictures when I get a chance this weekend to bust it out. There is shine and then there is CD2 Shine. :D

Just to give you an idea of how awesome this stuff is, here is an example. This engine has seriously less than 30 minutes worth of work done on it. The shine and new look is totally credited to using a spray wax on the paint and using this CD2 product everywhere else.

My 'before' pictures of my Legacy aren't going to be terrible, but it is about to go from "gee, that's a clean engine" to "My GOD!! Did you just dip your engine in wet paint or something??" I can't wait!

I need someone local with a dirty engine bay to come over and volunteer to be my guinea pig for that project. My engine is already pretty much clean. It's hard to do good before/after pics like that. I'll do my best though.
