revwillie Posted June 19, 2006 Share Posted June 19, 2006 I have a 93 Saturn SC2 that's still running strong, but we really need to replace it with a car that has a real back seat and a middle LATCH position. AWD, more airbags, ABS would make my wife happy. I'd like to have a turbo boxer and one of those big sunroofs. I know very little about the Legacy line right now. I did test drive an outback seven years ago and wasn't all that impressed. We ended up getting a 2000 Camry LE that my wife drives daily. I wonder now if I should have tried a non-outback legacy wagon. Where should I start model-wise? Apart from the stuff mentioned already, I think my wife wants leather and automatic. Look for an 06 in the next few months and you can probably get a good deal on one. I just bought an LGT (not a wagon), and it is BY FAR the best automotive purchase of my life. Soooo... as for the big sunroof, the wagon's got that, but do you really want a wagon or a sedan? The sedan has a nice sunroof, juts not HUGE like the wagon. I would honestly suggest driving both the AT Limited sedan and AT Limited wagon with the wifey and see what you both like the best. Good luck and welcome to the forum! Keep us updated! I found a 94 legacy for her with the same miles and price but she has a habbit of being a loser. It is an upgrade from her '86 Reliant K though.
