BAC5.2 Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 I'll stick with my Quad-Hellas (one relay for each pair of horns). It's plenty loud most of the time, but not loud enough some of the time. Like ANY time you drive on I66 through Northern Virginia. I think the solution is to, quite simply, get another 4 Hellas. 8 should do the trick. I want to build a time-delay relay circuit though. So only one set fires, then after .25 seconds, the second set comes on, and after another .25 seconds all 8 come on. That should garner some attention. Plus, it won't be annoying as hell when I lock the car up at night.
