Decay Posted September 5, 2004 Share Posted September 5, 2004 I have just purchased Sylvania Silverstars from Canadian Tire at $28.99 CAN each! I do not know if they are the euro spec ones or the USDM spec ones. I have not opened them yet, but they do not appear to have a blue tint on them. I have seen cheap bulbs that have a huge blus tint. Does anyone know if the USDM silverstars have a "very" light blue tint, or are very blue? I wonder if in Canada theya re still marketed as "Sylvania" but are in fact the Osram (Europe) versions? Can anyone confirm or deny? I might return these if they are not the right ones, they are quite expensive, almost $59.00 CAN ($43 USD) a set (theya re actually sold separtely here) I know there is a Canada section in this forum but it is alwasy empty, I'm not sure ppl check that forum. Can any Canadians help me with this? I know many german car makers use osram as their stock bulbs, I wonder if any dealerships here for Porsche or BMW would have the Osram Silverstars??
