mmm def
Anybody know how to get the bulb out? I have the OEM spoiler and I don't want 4 brake lights back there, want to take the rear window bulb out. I see a litle black tab under the deck in the trunk, but it doesn't move, any ideas? Thanks very much.

powbmps
There was a previous thread about this with some useful information. It was started by Throttlejockey. I believe someone posted that the cover can just be pulled up. Chris S.

agctr
mmm def, did it throw a fault on the dash to say that a light was out? Adam.
mmm def
No CEl or anything on the dash, I've had a few hours of driving time since I pulled it out, I think it will be fine.

powbmps
Only if it's connected to the speed sensor in the sunroof... j/k Chris S.
Throttlejockey
I also covered the red lens with black electrical tape, now you don't even notice it.
CombatCQB
I want to replace it with something lower in profile. Don't know what yet, but maybe a smooth piece wrapped in matching carpet.
