Vdc = ????

Vehicle Dynamics Control - basically Subaru's traction/stability control system. On the Outback, it also signifies the top trim level - comes with all the goodies (navigation system, MP3 CD player, etc). The old 2000-2004 model came with the McIntosh sound system but that's not the case anymore.

NIce, how do you like driving it compared to the GT?

I haven't driven it much yet and I'm out of the country so it'll be a little while. It's definitely not a GT: It has a different driving feel. Smoother ride, smoother engine. Peppier than the 2002 Outback VDC that it replaced, but acceleration isn't close to that of the GT (part of that is the automatic versus the manual transmission). Of course, it's still in the 'break-in' period so it hasn't been pushed yet.

I will have to see what can be done about those exhaust tips. ;)
