I've read there is a TSB that covers this - one possibility is that there is one or more small breaks in the wires of the defroster grid. These breaks are areas of high electrical resistance which in turns generates an electrical field that is being picked up by the antenna. It can be fixed with a new window or by finding and repairing the breaks in the grid. The bulletin describes using a small hand held radio with an antenna - with the rear defrost on, pass the antenna slowly around the grid until the station is scrambled, then look closely at that spot for a cut or nick in the grid. Use a defrost wire repair kit to fix.
