Jon in CT Posted March 9, 2006 Share Posted March 9, 2006 Many people have either DeltaDash or Tari data loggers, which produce .csv log files. When they want to attach their log files to a post so that others can download and analyze them in a spreadsheet or with graphing software, the poster must rename them to .pdf and tell people the attachment is really .csv so downloaders know to rename the atttachment. Adding both/either .csv and/or .zip to the list of valid attachment filetypes would simply things. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PhilT Posted March 9, 2006 Share Posted March 9, 2006 Even after you download it from Tari, you still need to format it to make it more readable, then save it as an .xls file, so that extension would probably be more useful.
