c-lo
Got a Nano for X-mas. thinking about installing it in my car. Can I use the same fm mod. that I'm using for the XM? can't see why I can't just splice into it, but just not sure if I can do that. 258k miles - Stock engine/minor suspension upgrades/original shocks/rear struts replaced at 222k/4 passenger side wheel bearings/3 clutches/1 radiator/3 turbos

rony
Almost every accessory that works with regular IPod works with IPod Nano. There are restrictions, but you are usually ok with FM modulators. My Car vBGarage

Lubeman
FM sucks. The Jazzy takes 2 hours to install, is cheaper, and sounds 100x better. Ripping apart your head unit really isn't that scary - look through the thread. There are 100s of people who have done this and no one has damaged anything AFAIK. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18504
direavenger
not into that.....think I'll get the monster fm mod. I probably should have mentioned that Jazzy provides detailed instructions (with pics) with his mod. If you are willing to live with the quality of a FM transmitter, then the Monster thingy should be just fine for you. I didn't like that setup because I'm forever driving in and out of radio station areas, so I had to keep on changing the FM transmitter frequency. The Dude - Two inches and counting...
