SkiDaddy
I just got the window sticker for my 5MT GT (coming to Florida from Planet Subaru) and it says "Calif. Emissions Control Syst.":icon_surp Are they ALL CA emissions certified? If not, does it choke off much if any power?

Jon in CT
every subaru is 50 state legalThat's not true. The Legacy 2.5i and Outback 2.5i come in two versions. The ones sold in CA and by Subaru of New England and Subaru Distributors Corp (NY and northern NJ) are Partial Zero Emission Vehicles (PZEV) and meet California's Super-Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (SULEV2) emissions standards. They cost $200 more than the version sold elsewhere in the country, which complies only with Federal Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV2) emissions standards.
