BigBL5
I decided to have my 2008 legacy B4 2000cc converted from automatic transmission to a 5 speed manual transmission.I managed to get the OEM transmission and most parts but the clutch system gives me a bit of trouble, the rear differential rattles when you hit 130kph. how can I get a good clutch system thats compatible with my system, because I have power loss issues if setting off on an incline. I need help! Arnold kampla uganda IMG_3131.HEIC
silverton
Did you swap the rear differential to match the final drive of the transmission you installed?

I’m sorry to respond quite late, I did swap the rear differential and sorted the rattling, however I was advised to get a manual transmission wire harness and manual transmission ecu. At the the moment it was “tweaked” to work with the automatic ECU it came with. I have also noticed power loss issues especially when taking off if the car has to climb. Could this be the sign that I need to swap my ecu as well?
Febreze Mee
Either way the ECU should be swapped. Use the correct parts, as they were intended to set up a baseline. Then, we can reassess from there and further help you. MILKRUN - Click Here
