difficulty level to do timing cover, valve cover, and upper oil pan seals on a 3.6?

evidently i have a bunch of leaks

upper oil pan, both valve cover gaskets, and the timing cover

how difficult are they to do with the engine in the car?

chain cover and valve cover gaskets can be done in the car. upper oil pan requires engine removal, so might as well do chain cover and valve cover gaskets when its out.

dealership told me i have a head gasket leaking also, which i know is uncommon in the 3.6's

i haven't checked it myself, but wanted to get a scope first.

while uncommon it's not unheard of especially as they get older.  usually the ones i see are seepers and not worth mentioning, but one or two recently have had a solid half to full inch of oil on top of the coolant in the reservoir.
