Zac88
Starting with the round shifter surround, I bought a stock BRZ one and cut out the ring, used some Fusor 142, quick scuff and paint and here we are. Not perfect but now I know this will work, and now I can start on V2 of the design and make it perfect.

SoobyDoobyDoo
Subd for this one! Can’t wait to see more and what you do with it! I’d like to do the same thing, only with an auto. Almost bought the side trim pcs from JPN auction but I’m glad I didn’t since they’d be for a rhd car. Got the auto shifter section coming so I’m gonna see what I can do to make it look oem without having to source all the trim pcs.
Zac88
Here's a video on the first parts of building it. After the video I used a bit of fiberglass matting and more fusor to fill the gaps in. Ultimately I would like to modify this current one a bit more to make the boot fit better and a few more tweaks. And then once it's all perfect, instead of painting it I would like to use it as a mold for a carbon fiber piece.
