3.6rxbbie
I have a ‘15 3.6r and I have the nameless axleback muffler delete coming soon and i was thinking about getting a 3” midpipe made and put in? Not too knowledgeable about this stuff so was looking for guidance/thoughts about this. Thanks
boxkita
that delete is going to be loud. adding a 3" mid isn't going to reduce the noise volume either Build my car Boxkita Track days
Max Capacity
Check out post #13 here, https://www.subaruoutback.org/threads/no-emissions-no-inspection-not-ridiculously-loud-exhaust-suggestions.533143/#post-6118910 Those mufflers may work better with a 3" mid pipe. Other than noise, I doubt there's any performance gain...? I think there are other threads in the 2015-2019 Outback forum about exhaust too. Here's one, https://www.subaruoutback.org/threads/nameless-5-axle-back-exhaust-installed.533327/#post-6114210 Edited June 8, 2021 by Max Capacity 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. Yeah i’m not really looking for performance gain out of it, more so sound/making the delete sound a little better. I Will check it out, thank you. that delete is going to be loud. adding a 3" mid isn't going to reduce the noise volume either Looking more so to make the delete sound a little better than noise control
