hogmeat
Well, first real soft slick snow tonight...had to take car out for some cookie-cutting fun.... Had some good spins and slides, but typically after going backwards, and beginning to sweep back around to go forwards, but car would die! Just blop, dead. Then, after the 2nd time it happened, it wouldnt start! So, I took the key out and let it rest of 10 seconds, and then it started right back up....so yah.... Anyone have any ideas why my 06 LGT MT keeps dying? What am I doing wrong?? I'm pleasantly surprised... It was most certainly worth the couple bucks and 10 mins of my time. mwiener2
if you were spining backwards and had it in a forward gear with the clutch out, that's not good. That will stall your car and make all sorts of things not happy. My Mods List (Updated 8/22/17) 2005 Outback FMT Running on Electrons
firedawgs
Do you have manual or auto? In the 5EAT there is a fuel cut off if you spinning to much. Updated my vBGarage:

Chappy
^^^^^No fun^^^^^ I guess Im just used to all the Nabisco threads that end up with some idiot sliding their car into a pole, curb or someone elses car. Im just not sold on sliding my $30k car around in a parking lot.
