The car really feels less of a FWD with much less understeering. Feels awesome and that makes me want to ask a quick question: I know that subaru adopted a new platform in this generation, and I'm wondering if anyone knows the AWD torque split under normal driving conditions and slippery conditions, respectively? Subaru has published that the default torque split F/R for all LinearTronic (Gen 1/TR690, Gen 2/TR580) CVTs ... except in the WRX ... is 60F/40R. The actual F/R torque split varies dynamically as you drive, under ECU/TCU control, from ~90F/10R to 50/50. I assume that same ECU/TCU programming has been carried forward to MY 2020 and later, but that is subject to confirmation.
