2.5turd Posted January 6, 2021 Share Posted January 6, 2021 Having issues with this mod. It’s going back into the sending unit really tight. Can hear the pump when key on 2. Car will fire for half a second then lose fuel pressure. Works with stock pump. 2005 legacy GT, tuned on the stock pump - 304 horsepowers. Only thing I can think is the sock is too hard on the bottom and cutting flow off. I’m afraid if I grind more of the pump off I’ll lose the springs. Any advice? 2.5turd Posted January 11, 2021 Author Share Posted January 11, 2021 Stock basket. Bought the correct size o rings, tried just a single one. Tried one under the pusher upper thing and one above. Just tried doing new o ring on top of the pusherupper thing with the stick o ring on top of that still nothing. Gas is still squirting up from around the o ring, it’s not seating correctly.
