jmilks
I have this function enabled, but it never has worked. After the misses moves my car, the seat is so far forward, I can barely squeeze in to let the car register my face and move the seat back. I was delighted to stumble across this function but it does not seem to work. Anybody else have this issue? Is it moving such a small amount from the previous position that I dont notice? Stuff
You need to use a different fob than your spouse. Then save your seating position to it, not your profile. Subaru really made this complicated.
Nereus
It doesn't work on my 2020 Touring XT either and I can't find any solution. am only using one key fob. Any suggestions?
Stuff
From what I can figure out the fob determines where the seat goes when you open the door. Then the retract on entry option causes the seat to go back a bit further (if not mostly back already). And finally the driver recognition will move the seat once you get in and close the door. Note that if you are having a hard time squeezing in when the auto positioning isn't working then try setting one of the door preset buttons before sitting down. Try this video: He mentions there are 8 places where the seat positions can be saved but he only had one fob to count.
