chucktoo
Stopped by Kingpin today since I am in Phoenix for the week. They have done several conversions from 5x100 to 5x114.3 with the larger 05 STi wheel bearings. If you are in this area they seem like a great shop doing really interesting cars. chucktoo
Mike did not think it would be too difficult to solve. They do a lot of conversions and have a shop full of interesting results. I really wish these guys were out East - I would have saved a lot of money and time. axis008
A few newbie questions.. How expensive is the process when done by Kingpin? And does doing it change what wheels fit because maybe the hub sticks out more or something? Or does it replace the stock one completely? Just a little confused and uninformed... -ben
chucktoo
You should contact them directly . The wheels should not stick out any further but being a different bolt pattern none of your existing wheels including spare will fit. I would only do this if you want really wide wheels and plan to road race alot.
