scottbowenwm
I have a noise in my 97 Subaru Legacy GT wagon and keep thinking is a wheel bearing but I keep jacking the car up in the wheels bearing seemed fine and it's getting louder and louder and I can even feel it in my feet when I'm driving on the brake and gas pedal. I'm thinking it might be a transmission bearing it just keeps getting louder this noise. It's been like 5 months now was real quiet and it slowly getting louder Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk

08SpecB_DE
Take it to a shop and have them get the car up to speed in the air. Does the noise go away when maneuvering slight left or right?
scottbowenwm
left or right turning does not seem to affect the noise Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
scottbowenwm
they have a tire shop near me I think I'll take it to this tire shop cuz they have those left out front where it lifts the car up by the side kind of where the jacking points are the whole side of car from Tire to tire but not touching the tires. That way I can get it up in the air and get the wheels turn in and maybe you're what area the noise is coming from better Sent from my LM-X210(G) using Tapatalk
