Nonamedude
So I'm doing an engine rebuild and in the process I put in a set of hella super tones using the grimmspeed harness and making a bar like the diy quadzilla. However I don't really understand electricity. My ac and radio started flickering after first attempt at start up and I wonder if my ground could be involved. I but the bracket onto to bolt that holds the hood latch. I grounded them to that bolt and plugged the positive into one of the stock horn leads. No relay as it's supposedly not necessary. No stock horns. Do you think that is an adequate ground? Or do I need to look for something better? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
08SpecB_DE
Looks like a good ground. Make sure the metal is clean.
Nonamedude
Yea I might need to run a brush on the threads. The bar is still painted though. I've always taken issue with the idea of removing paint for exterior grounds. I don't want more rust. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
