pdXammo
That"s a tough spot. What do you like to get in there?
GearJamr
I usually just use a ratchet and 14mm socket. If not just use a box end wrench.
pdXammo
I can't get a socket on the nut as the control arm interferes, likewise the lip on the backing plate keeps a wrench from getting on there. There's an offset wrench in my kit but, I don't have a 14mm, I can't remember what those are for but, it's the one that has circles on both ends. boxkita
Craftsman wrenches fit fine. If finding the right tool is difficult, look for a tool truck. Snap-on, Cornwell, MAC Tools, Matco. Go on board, they have every tool you could think of. Including thin combination wrenches. If you need to put a wrench in a vise to bend it into a shape that works, why not?
