garygbnj Posted July 18, 2019 Posted July 18, 2019 2010 LGT 6 mt. Has the oem cable shifter. Same setup as Wrx. The notchiness of the trans is well known. TDC in Bradenton is brain storming on the notion that the notchiness is caused by the cable shifter and not the trans itself. Changing to used Spec B parts seems $ outrageous. They are looking into building a linkage system to change out for the cable shifter. Any opinions as to the cable shifter causing the notchy shifting. Other than that the car is great. (It would have been nice if Subaru had put in a normal emergency brake instead of the electric thing that is labeled emergency brake).
