Seat airbag fix

Hello, reviving my dead LGT account to ask an important question. I recently totaled my outback 3.0R in an accident and purchased an 04 Wagon. Clean car with average miles,has the seats with the airbags. The seats are trashed and I recently purchased some seats from a junkyard but they don’t have the airbag. Anyways, if I put the 3.3 ohm resistor in, will my front 2 bags work in the event of an accident? Thanks in advance!
