help, Gen 3 leggy with Gen 4 JDM Bilstiens

As far as my research has taken me I still need help. I would like to look into options to swap the original suspension in my Gen 3 (BE) to JDM suspension. I know that modification as far as suspension goes in these BE's are few and far between therefore I would like to explore the options that I may choose.

 

I understand that BL/P struts/springs swap directly with BE, with the exception of the front top hats. Therefore is true that I could BL JDM Bilstien swap into my BE by matching to BE JDM top hats?

 

I bring up the BL JDM Bilstien's because they are more common and it would make finding suspension that matches with my car easier.
