Abelr
Ok so brief history of the car is a complete new everything under the hood 60k ago. Immediately pulled banjo bolt filters and intalled catless up and down pipe and had a tune flashed(Tuning Alliance) been religious about oil changes and maintenance since the new motor/turbo went in. My thoughts are okay how much life does a vf40 have in those conditions before I should start considering a replacement.? I’m getting ready to do injectors coil packs spark plugs etc so if it’s nearing the end if it’s life I will upgrade and thus match the supportive components to the new turbo. Any input much appreciated. Thanks
awfulwaffle
On my current car, original turbo went around 140k. Why not pull the DP and check for shaft play?
