59ctd
Initial thought is that it would be a massive undertaking and very costly as well since the entire dash, all the pedals, brake master cylinder, steering, steering rack, probably a large portion of the electrical wiring harness, HVAC system and many more items would also have to be swapped out. DaveWaters
Wait .. what? ...Why? Do they not allow rhd cars on the road in Norway? I’d think a lot of of the coolness factor of jdm is being rhd. I can only imagine the headache of converting. Probably would need a complete lhd donor.
chato
would be a nightmare to piece together parts unless you have a lot of junkyards around, and all the cheap front clips are JDM
JmP6889928
Whew. I can't imagine how much work that would be. Definitely NOT worth it.
ehsnils
Not worth it. If you plan to do morning paper delivery then it would be worth to get a RHD. But if you look at importing European cars like luxury BMWs or even higher rated from Japan, then they are often LHDs and only need some minor adjustments to be usable in Europe. Now with Brexit it's actually going to be harder - because first you import them from Japan to UK, then from UK to any other Euro country. Actually cheaper than doing a direct import because the UK regulations are more forgiving.
