juzzbecks
Hi All, My trunk release on 2015 Legacy wasnt working so I pulled the button to see if that was the issue. It appears that the actual button isnt connected to anything at all. Pictures below. Can anyone tell me if the connection has just fallen in behind (I cant see it) or if the connection to the blank button should actually be connected to the trunk button. I thought maybe it was working previously, but havent had the car long and am not certain. Thanks All
chowser51
Maybe the one in the middle of the top row is your trunk release?
PATS4LIFE
Looks like someone plug in the connectors on the wrong button, The plug on the blank button should be the one for the trunk button.
tornichoe
^^That. And, if I remember correctly, they all are different sizes/shapes, so you can't really go wrong.
YeuEmMaiMai
since the 2nd from top right is empty, there should be no switch plugged in to it... is that supposed to be the trunk switch?
juzzbecks
Turns out the blank was actually the trunk.release. Its working perfectly now. Cheers
