wintergreen
I have a car with non-EGR engine swapped into a chassis with an ECU looking for an EGR. Is there a way to jumper or create a mock signal to the ECU? What if I just get the correct harness and plug an EGR into it?
RumbleRumble
These ECUs are NOT tune-able. They might have swapped ECUs too.
moral hazard
What if I just get the correct harness and plug an EGR into it? I would look at this option, no reason why it shouldn't work.
08SpecB_DE
No egr as in everything is there but blocked off or removed OR not even an option on the motor?
wtdash
See ThIS. But you WILL need the original car's harness and IM.
Berge56
You can drill and tap an EGR port into the engine if you still have the EGR intake manifold. I just did this on a 2.2 liter and it worked perfectly. There is a write up out there on how to do it.
