Mikekuni
I have been reading around that the stock sti up pipe will fit my car. But I also been reading that the up pipe is either too short or it hits the firewall. Is there a certain year that will fit my car? Thank you in advance! relative4
Not sure where you're reading that nonsense. All UPs for EJ255/7 are the same length and nowhere near the firewall. The stock UP from ANY year of STi will fit. I've used a couple.

JmP6889928
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the past few years of STi have front low mounted turbos? I know the last couple years of LGT had this.
Max Capacity
STI's are still 2.5L the current WRX's have the 2.0L with the front mount turbo. I helped a younger guy at work put a J pipe on his 2017 WRX last year. We get to work about the same time and leave at the same time. His car sounds a lot different then my cars with a 2.5L 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it.
