soorg
Hi, 2014 Legacy has dead battery in garage-trying to put it in neutral to take it out and jump-start it in the open air (God forbid I set my house ablaze), but the transmission selector won't budge, even with key in ignition-can't select "Neutral." What gives?
NVAKeith
Should be in the owners manual. You need to manually release the shift interlock. See post two here: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.subaruoutback.org/forums/104-gen-4-2010-2014/52801-dead-battery-how-get-into-neutral-2013-sap.html%3ft=52801&=
